Every Anvyra order is carefully packed and energised before it leaves our hands. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver across India. All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check your details before confirming.
We don't offer international shipping at the moment. If you're outside India and interested in our products, drop us an email at care.anvyra@gmail.com — we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. During festive seasons or sale events, this may take a little longer — but we'll keep you posted.
Each piece is quality-checked and energised before dispatch. We'd rather take a day extra than send you something that isn't ready.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities tend to get orders faster. Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Prepaid orders — Free shipping. No minimum order value. No charges at all.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — A flat fee of ₹49 is charged for COD orders. This will be shown at checkout before you confirm.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use it to follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 48 hours of placing your order, email us at care.anvyra@gmail.com and we'll check on it immediately.
Undelivered or returned shipments
If the courier can't deliver your order — due to an incorrect address, nobody available to receive it, or refusal at the door — the package will be returned to us. We'll contact you to either reship (additional charges may apply) or process a refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
