Refund & Return Policy

We want every Anvyra order to reach you in perfect condition. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Here's how.

When can you return a product?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged or broken, items are missing from your order, or you received a completely different product than what you ordered.

Please note: returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or "didn't like it" are not accepted. Since our products are handcrafted crystal pieces, we can only accept returns when there's a genuine issue with what was delivered.

How to request a return

Email us at care.anvyra@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the product showing the issue, and a brief description of what went wrong.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We'll arrange a pickup of the original item and reship the correct one as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our end — wrong item, missing item, or damage — we will cover the return shipping cost entirely. You don't pay anything.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you can return it after delivery if it meets the return conditions above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, check your bank account first, then contact your bank or card issuer. If it's still missing, reach out to us at care.anvyra@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
